Owner Representation

Your advocate at the table — protecting budget, schedule, and design intent when we're not the builder.

What does an owner's representative do?

We stand in your seat: reviewing contracts, challenging pay applications, auditing schedules, verifying quality against drawings, and translating construction into plain English. Thirty-plus years of building means we know every move a contractor can make — because we've made the honest ones and been underbid by the other kind.

When is owner's rep worth it?

Remote owners, first-time builders, estates with multiple consultants, and any project where the monthly draw is bigger than your appetite for surprises.

FAQ

Owner Representation — questions we hear

Isn't it a conflict for a builder to be an owner's rep?

It's the qualification. When we rep, we don't build — we're paid only to protect you, with a builder's eye for where projects actually leak money.

How do you charge?

Typically a monthly fee scaled to project size and cadence of oversight. You'll have it in writing before engagement.
